As high schoolers return to class and students attending colleges outside northeast
Indiana move away to campus, Trine University invites local businesses to recruit
for positions at its annual Part-Time Job Fair.
The event will be held inside the university’s Rick L. and Vicki L. James University
Center from 3-5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2.
Students on Trine’s Angola campus represent more than 40 undergraduate majors in engineering
and computing, business, education, health sciences and arts and sciences.
“The fair allows employers to build their part-time workforce while building a relationship
with the Trine community, with the potential to eventually collaborate on senior projects
or hire students full-time after they graduate,” said Michelle Young, career coach
and industry liaison.
