Your $100 gift helps cover student travel expenses to visit local companies. Your
donation can also purchase 20 t-shirts for a student initiative.

The Trine Fund is the university's annual fundraising effort. It provides flexible
funding to address Trine University's highest priorities and most immediate needs.
Gifts support student scholarships and financial aid, faculty development, classroom
technology, academic programs, campus renovations, equipment and other university
priorities.
Tuition does not cover the full cost of educating each student. The Trine Fund helps
bridge that gap and provides the resources needed to preserve and enhance the Trine

Yes! Donors may support the Trine Fund's area of greatest need or select another available
designation that is meaningful to them.
Yes! Recurring giving allows you to make automatic contributions throughout the year,
creating consistent support for Trine students while spreading your giving across
manageable payments.
Many employers match charitable contributions made by employees, retirees or spouses.
Check with your employer or visit Trine's matching-gift resources page to see whether
your gift may qualify.
Gift to Trine University may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Indiana taxpayers
may also qualify for the Indiana College Credit, equal to 50% of their contribution.
The maximum credit is $100 for an individual return or $200 for a jointly filed return.
Donors can claim the credit by completing Indiana Schedule CC-40. Please consult a
tax professional regarding your individual circumstances.
Yes. A tribute gift is a meaningful way to celebrate an individual, recognize an accomplishment
or honor the memory of someone special.
Yes. Trine University will provide an acknowledgment of your contribution for your
records. Donors who give online should also receive an electronic confirmation.
