As long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a physical therapist and help people achieve their goals. During my clinical rotations, I discovered a passion for neurologic rehabilitation.

I began my career at Parkview Hospital in 2003 and have worked there in various settings ever since: acute care, including surgical-trauma ICU and neonatal ICU; inpatient rehab; and, most recently, outpatient neurologic rehab, including multispecialty clinics — specifically, the Fall Prevention Clinic and ALS Clinic.  My main clinic passion is treating patients who have suffered a stroke, but I love the opportunity to work with people with a wide range of neurological diagnoses in the outpatient setting. I enjoy being part of Parkview’s Neurologic Residency program and working with students in the clinic. This led to an amazing opportunity to join Trine’s faculty, where I get to share my passion for neurologic rehabilitation with even more students and work alongside wonderful faculty members!

When not working, I love spending time with my husband Steve, our children Braden and Alexa and our dog Finley. My husband and I spend our time watching our kids at their collegiate sporting events (football and track, respectively). I enjoy coaching both girls' and boys' volleyball, reading and being at the lake.
