I knew from a very early age that I wanted to be a physical therapist. It allowed me to combine my love of caring for people with my love of sports. At Marquette University, I interned in Athletic training while completing my B.S. in PT. After graduation, I moved to Dayton, OH, and started working in a sports medicine facility. Over the years, I have served in various clinical and administrative roles in both outpatient hospital facilities and private practice clinics. I have worked with athletes at all levels, from the weekend warrior to the Olympic/ professional level. Within sports medicine, I specialize in figure skating, dance, and running injuries.
I joined the faculty at Trine University in 2019. I teach the clinical practice course series, and I co-teach the musculoskeletal series. I love being able to work with students and watch them grow both personally and professionally. I enjoy mentoring students to help them achieve their dream careers. I feel blessed to be able to work with such great students and faculty daily.
When I am not working, I am playing with my dog, Louie. I love to run, cook, travel, and shop.
