After serving Trine University as an adjunct professor for 12 years, I joined the Ketner School of Business as a full-time Assistant Professor of Management and Economics in 2022. From 2012-2022, I taught full-time for the Ivy Tech-Fort Wayne School of Business. I have worked and managed in the public, private, and non-profit sectors for the past three decades.

Educationally, I earned my BA from Indiana University and my MPA from Walden University. At Walden, I earned induction into the Pi Alpha Alpha National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration while also earning their Presidential Scholarship. I’m presently holding ABD status and will earn my Ph.D. upon completion and defense of my dissertation.

To the academics of today and tomorrow, I offer the following advice: Make your life a reflection of your commitment to excellence. As a human being, you will make errors. However, being a lifelong learner means acquiring wisdom from those errors and improving from that point forward.
