Undergraduate application

Application requirements

Ensure you have all necessary documents ready to upload while you fill out the online application.

  • Academic transcripts
  • Financial guarantee (U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires all international students to demonstrate the ability to pay fees.)
  • Copy of passport
  • English placement test score of:
    • IBTT TOEFL 71 or 4.0 (code is 1811)
    • PTEE 50
    • IELTSS 6.0 overall
    • Duolingo 95
    • KTEE 444 (25% discount: TRINKRS25)
    • NETPAWW - B2
    • GETPAWW - B2 (中高級級)
    • OR an English test exemption qualification
  • Recommended: SAT (code is 1811) or ACT (code is 1250) score

These messages may falsely claim that your SEVISS record is being transferred, your admission is canceled or other urgent changes are being made.

Trine University will never:

  • Transfer your SEVISS record without your request
  • Request personal documents or payment through unfamiliar channels

Please beware of scammers who have developed fraudulent web materials and social media accounts that could be confused with Trine University. Official online information about Trine and university-related programs is available from this website, trine.edu. Any communication from Trine staff will come from an email ending in @trine.edu.
